Yeah, I'd like for them to offer the BMP (not to mention other similar GW 1 updates in the future as well) in the online store. Gives it a whole new appeal.

2. I do not have a creditcard.
3. I do not want to get a creditcard for the sole purpose of BMP.

/NOT SIGNED FOR RESELLING THE BMP AS A STORE ITEM

Firstly. The BMP is a FREE bonus. I do not want Anet to resell it.
Secondly: The BMP was a LIMITED time offer. Just like how the Collectors Editions of GW were limited. Just like how Pre-order sets were limited.
Thirdly: They have given plenty of WARNING ahead of time that once its over, its OVER.

Its like those free gifts or doorbuster bonuses on Black Friday sales. You get cool nifty stuff if you get there early and once its all gone, its GONE.

I think a good idea for Anet would be something along the lines of making another special online store deal to get the BMP as a bonus once again. Maybe a large scale contest? Monthly Xunlai thing?

I'm not overly fussed about getting it or not, i missed out on it as my bank won't let me have either a debit or credit card at 17... 18 next month too but oh well, also not everyones parents let them use their cards.

If i were anet i'd /sign it personally, those who already have it do not lose anything, and those who dont have it gain it, only in the online store though (a lá the millenium edition code sold in the store for those /bonus items) since i'd be very surprised if selling in retail stores would be cost effective.

And Anet gets even more money to put towards GW2 or any current changes to GW they might have planned.

Anet is not a Beneficence company so if they can make money from selling bmp they will sell it.

The real question is why should they put it in the online store? The poeple who couldnt buy things from the online store still wont be able too.
Also the people who did spend the money on gwen from the online store will feel pretty backstabed.

Making it an exclusive, available only to those who purchase in THEIR store is even smarter because it drives traffic to the store and entices MORE purchasing, than by selling just the BMP itself.

I have the BMP, but i agree.

Maybe some people didn't have the possibility of buying online, may have it now or will have it in the near future.

I noticed, that the two top people are not signing it cus they COULD get the money together and probably live at home with there mum....and before any mentions about me owning the other campaigns it called LAY-BUY(LAY-WAY in some countries)

1) no not because he has it..but because he read the effing rules and followed them. You however did not and should not have the BMP

2) If you are that poor good chance you are lazy. I worked thru college and pay my bills and my student loans and still have the money to buy the BMP so don't cry to me that you are poor...work harder/smarter and get a better job....or at least don't spend money on internet and games if you are "so poor"

3) Yes it is you could have done well in school, got a scholarship gone to college and made something of yourself other than head buss boy at McDonalds

4) Lay-away is same as a credit card but it ends up costing a little more and on something this small it would be very little more and you get the product as well so don't cry that you couldn't do it...cant get a credit card? you should not have gotten yourself into credit trouble.

Personally i couldn't at the time of the promotion due to my being 17 but within a week i'll be 18 and thus able to get things off the online store, this isn't true of most of the people who didn't get it however i'm sure kids can whine to their parents even harder for christmas and get it that way, and those who have cards but didn't (for whatever reason) can should their initial reason not still hold.

I understand the feeling backstabbed part, but i'd have thought Anet would look at this with $$ in their eyes, plus they've already got your money. End of the day Anet's out to make money.

this is where you and the rest of the masses are WRONG. all one had to do was spend $30(usd) on ANY ingame store item. you coulda bought gwen retail and then bought char slots..pvp packs...etc.etc.etc.
